I’m Suzi, the author of My Colourful Life UK. I’m based in South Wales, UK, not far from Cardiff. I work as an admin assistant but my dream job would be working as an interior designer, a diary and planner designer or full-time blogger!

I write posts about projects I have been working on, information about decorating, my blogging life and blogging in general, occasional room tours, lists of Top 10’s, thoughts and ideas, places to visit, and much more. I tend to post on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with extra posts being thrown in on other days.
My blog would be categorised as a Lifestyle blog and I started it because I wanted a place to share art things, household ideas and creations, fashion, reviews, photos, my projects and how to’s, tips, ideas, recipes, places to visit, things to do while connecting with similar minded individuals.
I am interested in art and photography, I have a Foundation Degree in Art, Media and Design and a BA (Hons) in Photographic Art. I am an avid reader and like nothing better than snuggling down on the sofa with a hot cup of coffee and a good book. I am a stationery addict hoarder and own so many pens, notebooks and journals that I could open my own shop! I love journaling and scrapbooking, making notes about my life to look back on in years to come. I enjoy decorating and upcycling, making things that are individual and match my personality. I am a collector of many things – shells and sea glass are 2 of my favorite things to collect from days out at the beach and I’m sure, in time I will cover all these things in blog posts!
